New Businesses – We recommend an initial set-up to be tailored to the clients own business. Reports, Layouts, Monthly Management Accounts will be set up to accommodate your needs.

Expanding Businesses - We concentrate on timesaving procedures such as nominal link from payroll into accounts, memorise and recall functions, automatic reversals and general personalised improvements.

VAT - We have met with H M Revenue & Customs and our training procedures and Vat verification has been approved.

Year-End Online Submissions.

Hours can be emailed / faxed to our office where qualified staff will process to required deadlines. Net Wages, BACS Report figures will be emailed / faxed back, payslips, reports etc. posted back.

Inland Revenue Tax and National Insurance figures will be notified monthly / quarterly.

Payroll Year-End – Year-End reports will be sent online (conditions apply), P60’s will be sent to employees. Please refer to the Government Incentive terms and conditions. If your business has less than 50 employees, your online submissions will qualify you a refund each year. This will be the third year of the scheme details as follows:

1st year £250 (2004-2005 Return)
2nd year £250 (2005-2006 Return)
3rd year £150 (2006-2007 Return)
4th year £100 (2007-2008 Return)
5th year £75 (2008-2009 Return)

If your company is too small to justify a qualified bookkeeper, we can provide this service on an hourly basis.

This may be for monthly management accounts, VAT Returns, Bank Reconciliation’s, Credit Control or to cover staff holidays / absence.

Invoicing – Your Invoice ‘is the face of your company’. We can design a personalised Invoice Layout, which will look professional to print on plain paper.

Customer Statement – We can design a personalised statement layout to print on plain paper.

Remittance Advice – If you are using manual cheques, we can design a remittance advice to pull through crucial information to be posted with your cheque to your suppliers. This will fit in a DL window envelope.
If you send out more than 30 cheques per month, we recommend Sage Security Cheques which have remittance details and tear off cheque, still to fit in DL window envelope.

Profit & Loss Account – We recommend modifying the chart of accounts within Sage to pull through all nominal codes to provide detailed management accounts.
